How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order details along with photographic or video evidence of the damage or leakage.
  3. Once we verify your claim, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to damage or leakage.
